Does the demo save carry into the full game?
The current developer FAQ explains that the two versions begin in different towns, but it does not promise demo-save transfer. No current official source we checked gives migration steps.
Plan on starting a new town in the full game. That is where its progression begins, and it avoids buying on the assumption that the demo town will import.
